2. Place your home on all Lansdowne Homes web sites and description
3. Design special brochures & mailings to potential purchasers
4. Place a sign & lock box on property
5. Place a "Talking House" transmitter in your home, which broadcasts listing information to car radios as they approach your property. (Ask me to demonstrate this new high-tech approach)
6. "Neighborhood Calling/Door Knocking"; neighbors are a great source of buyers
7. Send "Just Listed" cards & emails to neighborhood & potential purchasers areas

8. Place your property on Office Tours of nearby real estate offices
9. Host a catered Brokers Open House to introduce area brokers to your home
10. Weekly contact with seller to up date you on the progress of marketing and discuss other ways of marketing your home
11. Advertise at least 1 newspaper ad per month (plus open house ads) & utilize all company ads
12. Follow up on all broker / agent showings for feedback
13. Weekly visits to the property
14. Hold public Open Houses on at least two Sundays/month
